Queensland adaptation plan for biodiversity and ecosystems to be developed

The National Climate Change Adaptation Research Facility (NCCARF) and Cath Moran have been engaged by the State to develop a Climate Adaptation Plan (B&E CAP) for Biodiversity and Ecosystems.
Participation is sought from managers of Queensland's biodiversity and ecosystems, researchers in the field of climate change adaptation in natural systems, to the development of a state-wide adaptation plan for Queensland's biodiversity and ecosystems.
Three regional workshops as follows:

The workshops will provide a forum for:
discussing challenges in biodiversity and ecosystem adaptation
documenting current approaches
developing guiding principles for adapting management and research
identifying priority needs for future work
