Victoria funds Climate Change Innovation grants

The Victorian Government has announced $4.7 million for Climate Change Innovation Challenge grants and workshops across Victoria.

The grants, part of the Government’s $5.6 million investment in the Virtual Centre for Climate Change Innovation Program, will support innovative projects and local action to reduce emissions and adapt to climate change, involving businesses, industry, researchers and governments across Victoria.

Workshops will be held to provide key stakeholders with an opportunity to discuss regional climate change priorities and match best ideas with funding opportunities, starting in Bendigo in early September.
